The basic structure of hardware molds mainly consists of two parts: working parts and structural parts. Each part has clear division of labor to jointly ensure the accuracy and stability of stamping operations.

1、 Core working components
Convex and concave molds: directly participate in the deformation and separation of materials, determining the final shape and processing accuracy of the product.
Molding inserts: specially used for bending, bulging and other molding processes to assist in shaping the special structure of the product.

2、 Main structural components
Model seat system
Composed of an upper mold seat and a lower mold seat, it is the supporting base of the entire mold, directly bearing all the pressure of stamping operations.
Template system
It usually consists of 8 standard plates, including upper cushion plate, upper clamp plate, stripping plate, lower template, lower cushion plate, etc., which fix various functional parts in layers.
Guidance system
Composed of guide columns and guide sleeves, it ensures precise alignment of the upper and lower molds, reduces mold wear, and significantly extends the overall service life.
Positioning system
Including components such as material blocking pins and guide pins, it precisely controls the material feeding position to ensure the dimensional consistency of stamped parts.
Unloading system
Composed of unloading plates, springs, and other components, it can quickly eliminate parts and waste stuck on the mold after stamping is completed.
Tighten parts
Mainly using bolts and screws, fix all scattered parts of the mold into a complete whole to prevent component displacement during operation.

3、 Common standardized practical structures
In addition to infrastructure, there are various mature standardized functional structures in the industry that are suitable for different processing scenarios:

Pressing the line into the substructure: achieving material pre deformation, reducing bending resistance, and avoiding material pulling deformation.
Pressing reinforcement into substructure: reduces bending rebound, makes bending dimensions more accurate, and is suitable for slider bending forming scenarios.
Top material sales structure: arranged according to standard rules to ensure smooth material ejection after stamping and adapt to the material removal requirements of different materials.
Sliding block structure: supports lateral stamping forming, suitable for special processing requirements that cannot be completed by conventional vertical stamping.
